Floor Loading Capacity

The Floor Loading Capacity gives you the static load capability of the area in question - usually given in kgs per square meter (kg/m²).

Special consideration should be given when:

• • determining floor loading or capacity on multi-story buildings
• • calculating transportation surface capacity over tunnels or on bridges
• • working with ship decks.
